A friend told me that she needed help on her iPhone because she is not the techie type of person and only thinks that iPhone is great that's why she got it. She's asking me how to put yahoo messenger into it, and i answered i needed time to look it up the web, and so i did(she too occupied to do this please understand).

I have search through yahoo messenger and got a link for iphones and send it to her, telling it was just so simple clicking next.. next.. to install it. After awhile she texted me that it's not working on her phone and said it needed iTunes to download it. So I ask another friend of mine because she had an iPhone and my friend told me that iTunes is already installed on iPhone, so i wandered maybe you had to activate iTunes first before downloading the YM.


So i called my friend again and tell her to activate iTunes first then try the link again. Ive waited patiently for her to contact again and just after few minutes she did. She told me that iTunes was not available on her location.


How could it be iTunes is the only way you could download things in your iPhone. Is there any difference when you just buy it and when it is post paid?

We really need advice on this one the gadget is really useless when you cannot do nothing with it.
